FS/FT: Mac Pro 2.66 x2 Dual Core Xeon

Hey all,
I hate to do this, but since I'm looking to move into a condo soon and I'll be traveling back & forth between two places rather often, I'm looking into selling my Mac Pro and getting a MBP. I'm still on the fence, but wanted to look into it anyway. Here's the specs.

2.66 X2 Dual Core Xeon
9GB Ram
1 X DL superdrive
1 X superdrive (not DL)
300 GB HD & 250 GB standard HD
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
A/C Until Jan 2010

I upgraded the ram on it and the video card. I've used it mainly for basic FCP video editing and... playing WoW lol. I've never had a problem and would love to keep it, but ideally, a laptop would be the way for me to go.

Still have the original packaging.
 
I'm looking for around $1,600 +shipping or a trade +cash for a MBP.
Local Pickup possible in NJ.

Some more info:

The Mac Pro still has Applecare until January 18, 2010, but it's been pretty problem free since I got it. I bought it used from someone else around Feb, 2008. The only issue I've ever had is that one of the front USB ports didn't charge my iphone. The bottom one has worked flawlessly, I'm not sure why the top one sometimes acts up. Aside from that all the ports on the back and the 2 drives work great.

I bought and installed 6 GB of the following Ram:
2GB Kit - Crucial RAM (2x1GB FB-DIMMs) -
4GB Kit - Netlist OWC RAM (2x2GB FB-DIMMs)
(Good stuff if you do a quick search about them)

The install disc that it comes with is OS 10.4.7
I ran FCS on it since I got it and never had an issue.

It still has the original packaging, though the box is worn from shipping.
