Over $4000 worth of gear for $1999, Buy-It-Now!
Everything is in great condition. I'm the original owner of the camera. Used it to shoot almost everything on my reel, viewable here: http://vimeo.com/5063112. Just used it a couple weeks ago to shoot a reality show pilot which I just finished editing. I'm selling it because I need a down payment on an HD camera. My clients are getting picky
Here is a per item breakdown of use, wear and tear, etc.:
*Panasonic DVX100B (retail $2499) is in great condition, 420 hours, extremely slight wear to the body, mostly where the baseplate attaches (tiny scratches) definitely nothing wrong with the operation of the camera, no scratches on lens or anything like that (it always has a UV filter on to protect the glass, which I am including). Charger and AC adaptor work fine. Battery holds a nice long charge. The remote control needs a new battery.
*The Matte Box/French Flag (retail $189) has some scratches on the paint, but it works fine
*Quick release plates (retail $50) have some minor scratches from sliding in and out, work fine
*Tripod (retail $299) has scratches, the catches that hold the legs shut when it isn't being used are broken, but I have a bag for it included, so they won't swing open when you are carrying it anyway. Doesn't affect performance.
*Dolly Casters (retail $69) work and look fine. I only used them once or twice.
*The Quartz Light (retail $199) is brand new. Once I got my fluorescent light kit, I didn't really use the tungsten lights anymore. This one was a spare which I took out of the box to check and photograph, and then put it back in.
*The On-Camera Light (retail $269) works great, has a small dent on one of the barn doors, still works fine though. I found another lamp for it too, so it comes with one used lamp and two brand new ones.
*Battery pack is almost brand new, hardly ever used it.
*Follow Focus and Rails (retail $435) have minor scratches, wear and tear and the follow focus -gear box has a crack on it, which does not affect it's performance at all. One of the tightening knobs that tighten the follow focus onto the rails is broken, but it's only the plastic outer shell. The bolt itself works fine and can be tightened/loosened, though you shouldn't have to adjust it since it is already in the perfect position. Did not come with speed crank (so one is not included), but it would be pretty simple to rig one up
Total retail value of included accessories, alone, is over $1500!!!
Let me know if you have any further questions. Paypal only and $40.00 for shipping and handling as these are some fairly big/heavy items. Local pick-up in Las Vegas, NV is free
Thanks for your interest!
