DVX100a in in excellent condition with 287 hours on it. Comes with all accessories pictured: 6 hour battery, charger, mic attachment, internal battery charger, remote, shoulder strap, and the manual. Camera optics are perfect.

Also included is the century optics .6 markII wide angle lens. Lens shows normal signs of use but perfect optics.

Will be shipped in original box.

wow, there are a lot of hours on this one. I think i read somewhere that the heads are only rated for like 400 hours.

would you be willing to go down in price at all?

This was never used to capture and 287 hours is very little actually. The heads should make it to 1,000 no problem.
 
yeah, you're right... I was reading that Panasonic only covers the heads for under 400. They would last longer than that.

Where did you purchase the camera from? How long ago? ever use the warranty to replace or fix things?

I am a new user. Is this the best way to communicate?

also, what does it mean when people post "Bump" on threads?

I use to have a DVX100b and it states in the manual that it will last till 2000 before changing it. Correct me if i'm wrong. I would think the DVX100a head would be the same as the DVX100b head
 
I purchased the camera from another guy with 190 hours on it. I believe he bought it from b and h. It's a USA model not import. Never had to warranty anything on the camera and have never had a problem. He used nothing but panny MQ tapes as did I.

The A and B model should be the same I did not read up on it so you are probably right about 2,000 hours.
