Hi,
I was referred to this site by a user on an automotive forum where I was trying to sell this camera in the general classifieds section. So, apologies for this being my first post. I wish I knew this site existed years ago when I was trying to learn to use this camera!! For reference, I use this same username on the following automotive and electronic forums where many people can vouch for me: 6speedonline.com, luxury4play.com, jeepforums.com, howardforums.com.
So that brings me to the camera I'd like to sell. It's about 3 years old, but very rarely used. Currently the camera shows 113 hours. It was NEVER used to import tape, I always used a Sony DV Deck for that. Everything functions 100% perfectly and the camera is in excellent condition. Included in the sale will be all of the accessories pictured below which include: DVX-100B camera, extra (high capacity) Panasonic battery, Panasonic boom microphone, Pelican 1520 hard carrying case, and wide angle adaptor lens (not pictured). I have all the original packaging, cables, chargers, etc. The only thing I am missing is the original user manual. The camera was originally purchased in person at B&H Photo in NYC, however I don't have the original receipt anymore.
My asking price is $2100 for everything. I will entertain any reasonable offers. I would prefer a local sale, but obviously that's not always possible. I'm just terrified of paypal after having recently been ripped off during the sale of my still camera.
However, I'm willing to work with any interested buyer to make sure we're both protected.
