This is a Dolgin TC 400 Four Position Turbo Charger, designed for panasonic batteries. This fully charges up to four batteries for the HVX200 and DVX100(A/B) in a fraction of the time, very useful in any production setting. This is used, but hasn't lost any umph, it has been in one place under a desk for it's entire career (~3 years). Feel free to send a message if you have any questions.
