FS Cool Light CL455

This is the CL-455 5600K Studio version with barndoor and stand adapter. In great condition and works great (just used it weekend before last actually). I just bought the portable version of this light so I won't be needing it.

I paid about $430 shipped for this from Cool Lights (and it is currently out of stock there)

I doubt it. It gives out about 900w worth of light. Anytime you're dealing with sunlight you need at least 5kw worth.

The hell you talkin boutrogar-Smoke(DBG):? 5kw for a fill light? Maybe at noon in Arizona... Just put it closer to the edge of frame- it should fill nicely.

Depends on the condition I supposed, I've seen a 2k swallowed up like it's not even there even on an overcast day. On the whole though when dealing with sunlight I don't really consider these fixtures to be adequate.

Now, anyone wants to buy my light?
