The Tokina 80-200mm 2.8f seems like its nice. I would use it on a 7D body...is the autofocus on the Nikon only poor or on the Canon side as well?

The Tokina is for a Nikon mount, i bought it way before the firmware for full manual was release, from a nikon guy locally. Need something that i could manually stop down.
He said the autofocus was bad, but i dont own a nikon body so i cant confirm what he meant, which is why its being sold cheap and As-Is.
I have been using it with my 5d via nikon -> eos adapter.

A really cheap canon alternative for anyone who needs constant f/2.8

zoom recorder or the zoom lens? They are approaching a year old (if not already there), around the same time the 5d was released.
Aside from minor blemishes, everything looks gently used (never abused!).
