Panasonic's 16:9 Anamorphic lens; made for DVX-100A/B in "squeeze mode"

I had to fix the set screw (you can see it in the photos) but it works fine by loosening up the screw, setting position, and then tightening the screw and then the nut. Due to this repair it is cheap. Glass is perfect and both caps are included.
