I have a Cinevate Brevis rev2 35mm adapter for sale. It has been used on my DVX and kept in excellent condition. It includes the achromat, rod support, charger, case, and both lens caps in addition to the actual unit. It is running a CF1Le which is in tip top shape and has a Nikon mount.

Paypal, buyer pays shipping, I'll pick up the PP fee. If you have an HVX and need the step down ring just let me know and I'll throw that in the package as well. This has been a great tool with a lot of life left in it.

$400 through PayPal

I have sold many an item through the marketplace and everyone has been happy thus far.

Thanks.

Everything in good condition? The Ground Glass is perfectly cleaned or need to be polished?

Hey. Do you happen to have a link to something you've shot on this unit? And a picture of the rod support? Thanks,

Does this rev 2 have the micro colimation unit installed?

Sorry for missing this.

Quite honestly I was always a bit confused by the micro colimation upgrade. I ordered my unit when it was first being introduced and am unsure of whether it shipped with it or not. You adjust the colimation with four screws on the mount with the supplied allen wrenches. It is dead simple and although I have checked it often, I have never needed to re-adjust the back focus.

But whether this is in fact the system they introduced, I am unsure.

If I'm remembering correctly, at some point Cinevate put a threaded 'stop' in behind the lens mount. By screwing the stop further into the unit or further out of the unit, you could set a stopping distance for the back of the mount and, therefore, not have to re-adjust backfocus at all or have to worry about holding the mount at just the right distance while tightening the set screws. I think this is what they called "micro collimation"

$400 is a good deal on this, IMO. If I had any need for a brevis I'd buy it.

Free bump!

if this is still available in a couple weeks I'll be interested in purchasing it then. coming into some money at that time and am looking for a lens adapter for my GL2 or soon-to-be XHA1.
