I have made enough to move to shooting 35 thanks to my Brevis. I love my Brevis, and I have used it with Canon16 Scoopics, HV 20/30, HVX and HPX, EX 1 and 3. I rented the cameras and owned this rig and it gave me a lot of flexability to shoot at various budgets but always look good. It has the abovementioned:
MP2
Nikon Mount
PL Mount
Flip module
HD achromat
CF3LE
CF2LE
CF1LE
CF1
Charger
AA Charger/backup Power Pod
Cinevate 72mm cover
Step up/down rings 82-72, 72-82, 77-72, 72-55, 55-43 for use with pretty much anything you can buy or rent.

I have shot a lot of pretty images with it, and am only selling it as I am switching over to all 35mm Arri film and nikon glass, and I got another 2C already converted to Nikon by Les Bosher. I am selling the Arriflex IIC and Angenieux 25-250 I used with this DOF adapter separately on eBay.

It worked fine for me in the field and in recent tests. The items are available for viewing in the LA/OC area if you want to see it in person and pickup is welcome. Because it is a complicated item, it will be sold as-is with no warranty, but these are built like tanks.
