I have a like-new Cartoni ALFA II fluid head complete with handle, ball clamp and camera plate for sale. I used this mostly on my slider rig (which it was ideal for) and couple situations where I needed a second lightweight kit for a fly-in job. The Alfa II was rated for 22lbs from the factory although I admit I never had that heavy a rig on it. This is a 100mm ball set-up, find yourself a set of used legs (pretty common at around $2-$300) and you could be set-up for under $700.
