I have a Canon CH-910 dual battery charger/holder for sale. Shows some signs of use but works as it should. Good for GL-1/XL-1 cameras and the A1 too:

Price: $100 plus shipping
I also have two Lenmar LIC941 batteries (Canon BP941 equivalent) for sale. I´m not sure how old they are but they still hold their charge great. I just don´t use them enough and don`t want them to go to waste. The are $50 each new (http://www.adorama.com/LRLIC941.html?searchinfo=lic 941&item_no=3), how about $25 for each plus shipping.
If you buy the whole package for $150 I`ll take care of shipping.
Best,
Matthias
