SOLD, THANK YOU.

I hate to let it go, I got a really nice sample, very sharp corner to corner, but I just found out that my Zeis LWZ came in, and I need to come up with cash to pay for it. I know this lens is heavily back ordered, made worst because of the awful theft that Duclos Lens Repair suffered. If you want to get this lens now, and know that I got a really excellent sample (according to the Duclos experts themselves), I will sell mine to the first buyer to offer $4,000. I am including, no extra charge, the very high quality slim filter, which has been on the lens since the day I purchased it (a $173.00 value from the Duclos site).

Please understand, I love this lens, and I will get back in the waiting list at Duclos for a new one so that hopefully in a few of months, when the lens is available for me again, I will have paid for my Zeiss LWZ and can buy this lens again, and hopefully I will get such a great sample then too. They do really good work at Duclos. I am also excited about their future 70-200, I had a chance to try the prototype, and I loved what it can do.

Thanks.

Lenny

Matt, the post says "SOLD, THANK YOU." and "Last edited by lennywood; Today at 01:19 AM." I'm glad someone jumped on it, because I was warring with myself about getting it (thanks a lot Timur, you're not helping), but it's too bad it wasn't you...

i did reply to every email and every private message that i received, including yours, Matt, at least i did hit the reply button. don't know why you did not get it. but it did sell very quickly for more than the asking price. thanks for your understanding.
