To begin with I know that I do not have much presence on the message boards here, which after just reading Jason's sticky'd post may kind of dig me into a hole, though I have to ask for your trust on this one. I joined DVXuser in 2006 to use as a resource, though I only just purchased an HPX recently and up until this point, haven't really utilized it. I am not out to scam, and if it matters any I have a 100% good track record on ebay, and a verified paypal account. That being said, I am selling my 16mm because I'm saving to buy a fisheye for the HPX. The package I put together includes my Bolex H16 reflex camera with 1 prime 75mm lens, 3 spools, a pistol grip, and an original instruction manual. I bought this camera about a year and a half back for 500, though then had to spend about an additional 300 on repair due to a broken registration pin. In addition to the pin repair however, I replaced the eyepiece from the original stock to the nice large rubber one one there now, bought lens caps for the 2 other lens spaces on the front, and had the entire camera and lens cleaned and oiled, so it is cosmetically and mechanically beautiful for such an old piece of equipment. Since the repair I have only used it once, and the film had trouble catching the pin to begin with (what I had gotten it fixed for,) though then caught about 1/4 into the roll. I did not take into account that I was using relatively old film stock, so there may have been some shrinkage, however because of this I am not guaranteeing the functionality as 100% flawless, and this camera is being sold as is. There is no reason why it shouldn't work perfectly, though after my experience with my test roll after the repair, I felt I needed to give forewarning anyways.
I am asking 185 shipped for everything, which is a steal considering the money I poured into this camera, though I am hard up for cash and need to sell this thing asap. I have been storing it in an old Ogio Atiba backpack that I could probably be convinced to throw in for a little extra... Please PM me with questions, etc.
