For sale right now I have an old mac G3 350mghz blue and white tower PC.
It has a lot of audio software and MS Office already loaded. I think I have photoshop for it laying around here somewhere.
If you're interested make an offer, it has just been sitting there doing nothing.
I do know that this processor is not fast enough to run FCP. Honestly to use this for editing you are going to need an overdrive chip, more ram (I think there is like 512 in there already), and a larger harddrive.
It does work perfectly for audio. I also have a USB Midi Keyboard that will work with Cubase which is loaded with a ton of VST instruments. I just want to get this out of the house, so if you're interested, let me know. Any offer will be considered.
OK, I just turned it on, works perfectly, but here is the deal with it:
System is running Mac OS9.X
Processor: G3 350mghz
Harddrive: 12.13 gig capacity (9.80 available)
Ram: 448meg
Software:
MS Office 2001
OMS 2.3.8
Nord Modular Editor w/ 3000 patches
Rebirth One
Retro AS-1
Roxio Toast
Stuffit Deluxe
Steinberg Cubase VST 5.0
Sound Diver 3.0.4 (for loading and managing midi synths)
VST Instruments:
Retro AS-1
LM9
USM
Waldorf Attack
Absynth
Battery
LM101
FMHeavan
Halion
MDA
Neon
Muon Atom
PPG Wave 2.0v
Pro 52
Red Raid
UB1
Notes:
The OS should be updated to something newer like Tiger, but after a recent test it turns on and runs nicely. It has stock everything, but the front panel has a crack for the CD drive, so that plate is gone. I can post a picture if you are interested.
