No longer need this. Adobe CS3 Premier Pro (upgrade) and the Premier Pro 1.5 program disk you will need to use the upgrade. Everything you need. Includes Onlocation and Encore.
Also, will include completed & signed License Transfer Forms for Adobe (you will need to either fax or mail these to Adobe to complete the license transfer). Everything shown in the photo -- no manual though.
Asking $250.00 shipped. USA only, prefer Paypal payment. I needed Ultra 2 (which is included with Adobe Production Premium CS3) and bought the full version so I don't need both of the CS3 packages.

UPDATE: Didn't sell on Ebay at the higher price so I have cut the price significantly to move it. Don't need it because I bought the Production Premium version. New price -- $200.00 shipped. Payment via Paypal -- USA only.
