I have up for sale a small anamorphic lens for Yashica 8T2 from the 8mm era, which delivers a 1.5x horizontal squeeze ratio (same as Iscorama).
Lens is in really mint condition. Works nicely on crop sensor cameras without vignetting (I have tried with a 58mm taking lens).
See test footage below (watch in HD), and contact me for more details.
Asking price: 500 Eur shipped to worldwide.

Those lens flares in the video actually coming from the lens?

Also, what mounting type etc would you need to adapt to to fit it to a DSLR or m43?

The blue flares are actually coming from the lens. At some points you also see some reddish-magenta reflections, these are due to a cheap nd filter I had in front of the lens.
To mount the anamorphic in front of the taking slr lens I use this clamp: http://cgi.ebay.ie/F-ADAPTER-digisc...daptors_ET&hash=item4cf65ca206#ht_2828wt_1141
It gives you a 52mm thread to mount on the filter thread of your spherical lens.
Since the anamorphic has a narrow body and the focusing ring is in the front, you can mount it so that it protrudes a bit on the back. You have then to use a taking lens with a recessed front element such as the Helios 44-2 58mm f2.0 on your camera (DSLR or m43). That way you can get it closer to the front of your lens and it can focus closer.
I found that on the t2i it doesn't vignette @ 58mm, on micro43 it could also work wider, but it is always a trial and error process finding the right lens to mount your anamorphic.

I have been asked to show pics of my setup for this lens, so here they are:
an anamorphic clamp that tightens on the barrel of the Yashica lens. The rear thread is 52mm, I use a 49mm to 52mm step up ring to mount it on the Helios 44-2 58mm f2.0. I mount the lens so as to have it protruding as much as possible on the rear, so as to have its' back element as close as possible to the taking lens.

thanks for the pics...loved the video and even more the flares. Just dont have the $$ for that right now. Damn. Ah well...i have my zacutoevf to play with this week when it comes. so its not all bad. Goodluck with your sale man.

Thanks man.
I'd love to get a Zacuto EVF myself!
Apart from being a great aid for focusing, it enables you to shoot anamorphic with a proper aspect ratio. A shame that EU prices of Zacuto products are at least 20-30% more than in the US.
