Less than 5 years F65 image quality will be available in a FS100 style package.

4K, 8K RAW 1000fps 16bit colour and huge gamut the end is nigh! I don't know how the camera companies are going to differentiate the high end from the low end. We're surely all heading for our own F65s. There's only so much resolution, fps and colour that any production needs or the human eye can resolve. How far away to the upper limit can we be? Years or months?

Most UK homes don't have big enough screens to see 1080p let alone 4K. No one sees 4K in the cinema unless they turn up late and have to sit at the front neck breaker seats and that's assuming the projectionist can be arsed to focus up properly.
