FS: 36" indiSLIDERpro

I bought mine about 8 or so months ago but never used it professionally. The sliding action is very smooth. As the platform travels down the track it's not silent but is quiet enough so that with an external mic I don't think it would be noticeable.

I am looking for $300. (The shipping would be extra but we can talk about that) Here's the link to the manufacture's web page:

Thanks for the pics. Can you clarify what is included in the sale from the pics? I know the tripod isn't but how much of what sits on top of the rails is included?

I suppose what I'm asking is, where do the rails end and the head begin? Maybe if indifocus/system weren't so damn scarce with their product information and imagery I woudn't have to ask stupid questions like that.

Also, will you post to the UK?

Thanks

Not a stupid question at all. The head ends at the round part with the blue product number label on it. So the system includes the "platform" just below.

What I am using here for the tripod system are the:

Manfrotto 3221 (legs)
Manfrotto 3130 (head)

Would I ship to the UK, yes that's possible although I have to say that the shipping costs overseas are outrageous - particularly using a service like UPS. I could send it via traditional United States Post Office - I need to get the shipping box weighed to give you some kind of idea of cost. I shall try and go over there in the next 20 minutes or so, I need to do it anyway.

I have a Libec LS-38 tripod and head. How does the head mount to the platform, is it a standard tripod screw? Could I take the LS-38 head off of the tripod and mount it to the platform and mount the slider straight onto the tripod?

I'm just trying to figure out if the gear I have will work with this as I don't really want to have to buy another head at the moment.

Thanks

These are the US Postal Service rates:

Some shipping data: box is 14.4 lbs and measures 40"x6"x6" so to New York via Parcel Post it costs $21 and arrives in 7 days or faster priority service is $39 and it arrives in 2 days.

To ship to the UK the cost is $70 and takes 6-10 days to arrive

Yes, I would say it is a standard tripod screw since it worked fine with my Manfrotto 3221- that's exactly what I did - remove the head from the tripod and screwed it on. Then took the head and screwed that to the platform.
