FS: 16:9 Anamorphic and Matte box

I've got a mattebox and 16:9 Anamorphic Lens for the DVX 100 that I no longer need.
The mattebox has two 4x4 sliding filter holders, 15mm rods, a mounting plate, and a Pelican case. The mattebox can also be used on the DVX100 without the anamorphic adapter.
The lens is in perfect condition.

I know you sold this, but can you tell me who the manufacturer was? Which matte boxes work well with and without the anamorphic adapter?

I have been told that a rod system and mattebox can help support the weight of the anamorphic adapter.

What's your experience with that?
