FS: 16:9 Anamorphic Adapter and Custom Matte Box for DVX100

I have a Panasonic Anamorphic Adapter that has been trimmed from the front to fit a custom made matte box. There are two 4x4 sliding filters and 15mm rods, a mounting plate, and Pelican case for the Matte Box also included. Also note, that the matte box can also be used on the DVX100 without the anamorphic adapter.

That is a nice matte box? Where did you get it?

It's custom made here in Toronto. It fits perfectly with the anamorphic lens.
