FS-100 Quicktime and DVCProHD Decoder compatibility

I was wondering if the Quicktime files produced by the FS-100 is the same as the one that the DVCProHD Decoder by Adobe/Serious Magic converts mxf files to.

Or in other words. If I have the DVCProHD Decoder on my Adobe system, would I be able to work with the FS-100 Quicktime files.

Or is it exclusively for FCP?

Thanks

QuickTime DVCPRO-HD is QuickTime DVCPRO-HD, period.

DVFilm Maker (included with Raylight) can convert them to Raylight AVI.

In theory you could then change the Four CC codes from 'rayl' to 'dvh1'
and make them readable with the dv rack codec, or use them with Raylight instead.
