FS-100 PN recording-audio off sync!

I shot a bunch of footage at 720 24p, recorded to the FS-100 in P2PN and when I imported to FCP the clips all came in fine, but the audio was seriously off sync. Anyone know why this happened or how I can avoid it?

(I've been shooting in both quicktime and PN mode on the FS-100 trying to figure out the best way to get solid 24p footage without shooting in "over 60" mode. If anyone has any tips to help that I wouldn't think of to ask... please fire away!)

fs-100 audio out of synch with HVX200

I am having the same issue - when I run audio into the XLR input on the HXV200 and record to FS-100 in quicktimePN the synch drifts. Any suggestions? (There is not synch problem when I use the built in camera mic.
