FS 100 - PAL Playback

Hi.

Playing around with a FS-100 for the first time - it's half past two in the morning and six hours to first shoot... -;)

Everything worls like a charm, BUT I cannot make the FS playback through the HVX.
I have confirmed that it records - as announced, and I can import the P2 clips, but is there a PAL catch for playback?

I'm recording at 1080 p25

(BTW, I am sitting with the manual and am hooked up the way it describes. Just wondering if there might be some setting on the HVX I'm missing...)

It seems this is PAL version 1.

The "get rid of thumbnails" function is a good one...

Hi

Bewared that the FS-100 with the latest firmware 806 does not work with 720p footage as when you import the footage into FCP via P2 Log it drops off the last few frames and audio meaning you get a skip between clips on long takes.

Poor show Focus & P2 Log people :-(

Sell something that works and stop fleecing us!

Heads up all you PAL HVX users.

Sorry you are having issues. We are looking into this issue now. Does this problem only occur when you use the P2log software?

Hi!

I've upgraded to the latest (v2.0) of the firmware, and it works nice... If you're not too hurt by the occational corrupted file.

I must say I prefer this to P2, though, and hope the V 3 will be out soon.
