FS-100 Firestrore to SD Tape?

I have a project due in 1 week and half of my footage is on SD the other half is on Firestore in HD....I need to upgrade my computer in order for it to handle the HD so is there a way I can record the HD footage from my firestore harddrive to an SD tape?? it would be converting it from 1080 to 480..

I would check with panasonic. They may have a deck that allows an HD 1394 input (from FS-100) to be downconverted and recorded to tape in SD mode.
