If this is already on here somewhere I apologize but for some reason when I search dvxuser I get an error so I am going to go ahead and risk asking a redundant question.
I received some sd quicktime files that were exported out of final cut and I am trying to bring them in to avid but when I import them I only have audio. If I play them in quicktime player I also only have audio. I assume this is a codec issue but I don't know much about final cut and where to find the codec I need. I was told the footage is uncompressed quicktime from final cut. Any suggestions would be great.
Oh, and they work fine in after effects.
Thanks,
Geoffrey K Boyd
