Crud. I shot 24 GB worth of footage on my GH13 using a SanDisk 32GB Class 10 card. The card was formatted and tested. I'd used it twice before.
Everything looked fine when I opened the card, but then part way into offloading it onto an external hard drive I got an error message. When I opened the card I got the screengrab included. Disk Utility could recognize it needed to be repaired, but its repairs were completely ineffectual. :furious3:
I use a Mac with Snow Leopard.
I can't think of anything I did wrong, unless I didn't pay enough for an SD card reader (about $10). Was it just my turn to get the shaft or is this an inherent risk of using SDHC cards?
Finally, I'm assuming that the card is compromised, even if I reformat it. Can't trust it right?
