Some profanity in his commentary... just a quick word, but I figure I should say so beforehand.

I laugh my head off at this guy every time I try to get this edit done... seriously I think he should have some kind of show... he makes these incredible french pastries... and then he's got a personality like THIS (click).

I'm curious if this makes anybody else laugh as hard as I do... it was hard to get through the shoot, but in a good way. :)


I keep thinking I should work up some kind of pilot and see if I can pitch it? This guy is like American Chopper... with french pastry... doesn't that sound great?

No offence MattinSTL, but just the audio gives us about 10% of the effect. Can't give you an opinion, just based on that :(.
 
Sorry... it was VO for a promotional DVD... there is only audio on that. I was going to post it in the audio section... but I don't know that it's of a significant "technical" nature.

I'll post some video outtakes if this thread gets any laughs on sound alone. I may be biased because I know this guy...

This is a low-budget job with the audio ck63>DVX.
 
Basically it shows what happens when amature talent spins out of control. On a low-budget production with inexperienced talent... they tend to get punchy at the struggle to get it right. The guy had tried to get these lines out for about the 10th time by this point.

I don't know... it cracks me up... you can hear the guy is clearly getting sick of trying... to comical results.

I'm looking forward to jumping back into these contests. It was such a pain in the ass to haul the DVX out every time I wanted to enter one.
