[FS: General] FREE Tripod in Philadelphia - Vinten ProTouch 130

I got a Vinten ProTouch 130 tripod from an old retired friend and I don't need it. It looks to be in fair condition except for the following.

• It is missing the mounting plate (they're expensive, but available from places like B&H)
• The lever to lock the plate is also missing (although a plate can still be locked in by turning the bolt to which the lever was attached).
• The tie-down hook is bent (it looks like it was tied down too hard once).

It includes:

• ground-level spreader
• fluid ball head
• one pan arm.
