Agreed...I just watched this and really enjoyed it. I like effect of going from "real life" to "outline of real life" while still in motion, looked really slick.

The colors were vibrant and beautiful. The framing was great and I was really drawn into the content of the video.

Not too mention, the song was cool and I enjoyed his voice.

Would love some info on the details of the shoot. I assume it was shot with a DVX? Any notes on camera settings? Lighting? Etc?
 
Looks great! I love the color and contrast in your shots. The photoshop effect (for lack of a better name) you had on the paintings worked well but I'm not sure I liked it when you transferred it to the young man. i think I understood why you did it (to blend reality with imagination) but it just didn't seem to work for me. But overall great music video. Great composition, editing, transitions, lighting, pacing, etc.

Were the shots handheld or did you use a stabilizer. Use any lights or just natural lights? By the way, who ever did the art in this is very talented as well.
 
damnit. i was hoping so badly that one could achieve such nice colors with the dvx.

Nice job... Looked great.. Not the easiest thing to shoot black people in all white.. You did very well.. What adapter did you use? I noticed some vignetting.. was that delibrate? It was a bit distracting..
