free timecode calculator

Anyone recommend a free (or cheap) software calculator for multiplying and adding timecode? Like say you want to know what tripling a 5 second 12 frame clip in 23.976fps would be? I figure somewhere out there is a program that will help my tired, inadequate brain.

EDIT: Okay, so sometimes Google works (4 billion results later)...I found this timecode calculator. A strange interface, but small and simple. I bet all you Avid editors had one of these long ago. I'm just waking up and smelling the coffee now.

Well, I learn something about every 2.34 minutes doing this stuff...so there you have it...I had a calculator all along. I guess when using After Effects it can be a bit easier to open a small program than all of Avid...unless, let me guess, After Effects has one too.
