Free Soundtrack Music Online

Does anyone know of any sites online offering free background soundtrack music for small budget commercials / short films? I found one or two, but the options there are very limited. If not free, are there any very trustworthy pay sites that don't charge an arm and a leg for royalty free background loops? Or maybe some that do charge a lot but are really awesome? Or any hard copy DVD sets of soundtrack music that are really good? I'm working on a real small budget ($300 for a short series of web spots) and can't really afford to just go out and be purchasing tracks. Looking towards the future though, and knowing that if I have this problem now, I'll want a more permanent solution on a larger budget.

Thanks!!!

There is not a lot of sites out there that are really free and without restrictions on use. Especially if you plan on using it in commercial works. But there are a few, and I even used one, gotta think who it was. But, LOL, I had the client pay for it.

Right, the ones I've found that allow you to download the tracks for free require that you credit them in the credits. I'm thinking that's really the only way it'll be free.
