FS7: Frame rate: shooting @ 30p for delivery in both 24p and 25p?

Hi all, quick question:

I'm shooting a mutli-day doc for a client based in Europe, but the film will be released primarily on the web. Editing will be done primarily in Europe. Secondarily, the director wants to leave the door open for film festivals in both the US and abroad.

So my question is, should I shoot in 25p/PAL and conform to 24p later? Or shoot 29.97/NTSC to conform to both 25p and 24p? Or just shoot 24p as I normally would for doc and don't worry about it?

I'm confused what the most flexible frame rate would be for these various applications. Cameras used will be the FS7, FS5, and Mavic drone. Editing will be done in Premiere.

I would pick 24p or 25p, both are ok. If you need you could easily conform from one to the other by speedup/slowdown.
I would avoid 30p, nobody uses that and will be a large problem for PAL regions.

Alternatively, you could shoot 60p and deliver 60i for NTCS regions and convert the 60p to 50i for PAL regions through 50p by using optical flow. 60p to 24p is also possible with optical flow.

The character of 24/25p and 50/60p is obviously different due to a different temporal resolution. If it is sports use 50/60p, if you want a more "filmic" impression use 24/25p.
