Frame rate problem

I have footage shot in DVCPROHD 720p60 on my FS-100, I'm trying to convert into 59.94 frames per second with the Final Cut Pro Frame Rate converter. My problem is that it does the conversion, but on the playback it plays it at the default frame rate from the HVX200 not the 60 frames or to the converted 59.94. Am I doing something wrong here with my settings?

The Item properties of my clip is as follows:

Vid Rate: 59.94 fps
Frame Size: 960x720
Compressor: DVCPRO HD 720p60
Field Dominance None
Alpha: none
Compoite Normal

What am I doing wrong here that won't let me get that coveted beautiful overcranked image?????

To get the overcranked footage you needed to select 720/24p or 720/30p as the recording set up, in menu #5, not 720/60p. Then in the scene file menu #1 you change the frame rate to 60 on line #2. If you want to be able to playback the slo-mo in camera then you would use 24PN or 30PN in menu #5.

Try Cinema Tools.
No processing/re-encoding or anything else is done, only changing the framerate in the header/metadata.
When you launch Cinema Tools the first time, ignore the 'locate database' message.
Then go File/BatchConform and it will ask you to choose a movie file. All clips where that clip is located will be converted.
Choose framerate, in your case 30fps (or 29.9997 or whatever crazy number ntsc runs at)
Hit conform.
Hey presto.
