Last week I shot an interview with 2 cameras. A HVX200 and a HPX170 both cameras recording set up was 720p 30pn. In the scene file frame rate set at default and syncro set 180deg. On import into FCP log and xfer the shooting rate comes up as 24 and the video rate shows as 23.98. How can this be with the cameras set to 30pn. I hope someone has the answer as i am completely stumped and so are others I have asked.
