Frame Rate Issues

Greetings,

I have a HVX200, just had it serviced by west coast panasonic. New top mother board. But since I have picked up the camera I can't seem to be able to change the frame rate(FR). I can access it fine threw the menu, and I can change the FR in the menu.. but it doesn't actually change. When i view the clip in playback the FR hasn't changed and there is still audio. Any ideas on was going on here would be helpful.

Simple question first -- you're using 720/24pN mode?

Has the scene file setting been changed to anything except default?

I havent been able to change the frame rate in any mode.

Go to Menu -> Scene File. For Frame Rate, what does it say? If it's a number, change it to "Default." Does that solve the problem?
