Frame rate issues with my Hero 3 Black footage.

Hello all,

I've been having issues since my Go Pro Hero 3 Black purchase last November. I haven't updated firmwares since I purchased last November, but the issue I've been dealing with is a skip in frames every so 5 to 10 seconds. I heard there is software downloadable on the Go Pro site that can change it to its normal set framerate. I've downloaded but can't for some reason install the program. Any one know what I can do about this? Link with an example of the 'skipping'.

Footage direct from camera? It looks like you're filming in 1440p or one of the odd sizes...you do have a reputable microSD class 10 card in your cam right? It looks like the cam is failing to write to your card.
