Frame Controls for Progressive Material (Compressor)

Hi.

Should I leave the Frame Controls on Compressor "OFF" for PROGRESSIVE MATERIAL (I am using a 550D and a HPX171) when exporting to Vimeo or Youtube?

If not, could someone please let me know the best settings on it?

Don't touch the frame controls with progressive footage.
