Hello all,
We just got a quote back on HVX repairs and I think something is wrong. Our HVX is still under warranty (bought it from B&H in Dec 06).
These are things that we sent out to get fixed:
firewire stopped working
tape not ejecting and displays that some message
Tripod plate is loose and stripped
Each of these problems happened separately and the service guys quoted us $1200 for repairs because he said it was out of warranty. Has anyone else experienced problems with them?
Also, where should we have sent the HVX in the first place?
