The whole cast and crew are my friends. They pay me nicely, and also this will look good on my resume. ;D

Well, Jenny McCarthy was one of our guests. I got to Direct that segment since the real Director was busy shooting another segment. It's a reality show that has various comedic segments exploring hip, sexual, and unusual moments that happen when you least expect it. Catching people off guard and creating awkward moments. The show explores those moments, naturally creating a comedic situation. The title is not yet set, but the show is hilarious. For the commentary part of the show, we use the Sony IMX. 90% of the show is shot with the beloved DVX100. I'll keep everyone posted.

Have a great weekend,

Kris  ;D

Is this similar to Candid Camera? How does one go about selling a show to the networks?

Re: Fox Pilot Using DVX100 .

No it's not like candid camera at all. Everyone is aware of the presence of the crew. They just have discussions and open themsleves not even realizing it for a great laugh. Imagine watching your favorite celeb talk about their most intimate moments with their signifigant other, and have the interviewer kind of poke fun at them, without the celeb really catching on. The show is being funded by Fox. The producers already have ties with the company. I think the rule in the business is you need a rep to get your ideas and scripts to studios.

That's Hollywood, baby! 8)
