I don't know if this will help anyone but maybe you're having the same problems I had.
I copied the contents of my P2 card to a folder on my external HD and tried bringing it in through FCP Log and Transfer. Some came over, but most just stayed in the "queue" with a red exclamation mark sign next to them. Seems like FCP will import just fine directly from a P2 card, but not from a hard drive or P2 Store.
I had already titled the clips by the way.
Now, as helpful as the members of this board have been, I don't have a FCS2 install disc with me, and some of the solutions were beyond me, try as I might. I'm on a deadline too.
I was flailing around in the log and transfer window and discovered that if I radically changed the name of my clips that weren't imported, they imported just fine. I tried finding a pattern to it, but ultimately gave up after about 20 of them.
I dont know if this is a solution that would work for other people or just me, but its a temporary little fix I guess... Any one know what's going on in this case?
