Sounds interesting, if I am off set in time I would like to attend. Any preregistration necessary?

Do you know which entrance to the Fox lot is best for this location, Galaxy Way or Pico? Normally, to get a drive on pass, you need to be in their system to get past the security gate, but if your certain, I will just show up.

Here is the announcement as listed on the Editor's Guild Website. There is a RSVP address below.

Avid’s product development team invites you to join them for the first in a series of informal, yet informative, technical seminars.Michael Phillips (Principal Product Designer) and Matt Feury (Product Marketing Manager, Advanced Post) will host an in-depth discussion and provide step by step examples of why productions should choose to work at 23.976 versus 24fps.
