for the love - Avid 60 sec contest short

Here's what my friend and I submitted to Avid's 60 second contest. You had to display what you were "avid" about. If you don't get it, we pretend that we are musicians but really are just filmmakers.

Oh man! I really like how that all turned around in the last few seconds. Great job man.

Only thing I have to say is that it cut off a tiny bit early. I would have liked a TINY bit more time to reflect. Still great work though. Loved the slow motion shot of the guitar string vibrating.

haha, that's what happens when you record the song first and then try to fit video/overlapping audio to it. But Glad you liked it.

Nice job! The very end of the film when you guys talk, it would have been good to see you closer to the camera as in the couple of close-up head shots you used as flash frames. They were the one's lit with blue. Just my opinion, since the whole film is about you as editors and filmakers but we never really get to see you.
