For shooting slow motion

I know this is probably been discussed, I assumed in a sticky post or something, but I couldn't find it.

I'm about to shoot a short film, 24p, decent lighting, and there is going to be a lot of slow motion. What is the best shutter to film this on, to get a smooth look?
