Hi --

I am selling a great condition, perfect working 0443 Sachtler FSB 6T Tripod package, including mid-level spreaders and tripod bag as seen in the link below. Item was purchased for $1623 before sales tax. I am selling for $900 + shipping + PayPal fee.

This is an awesome tripod -- I've used regularly with my Sony EX1, F3 and F55 cameras. I am selling to upgrade to a more heavy-duty set of sticks for an upcoming Arri Alexa purchase.

Please let me know if you have any questions! Will send pictures if a request is sent via PM.

Thank you!

*Post edited on 10/11 to correct an error in previously listing a carbon fiber model -- I am selling the aluminum model.

Hello, what does the T in FSB6T mean? Would you be willing to sell the head only?

For the courious, the "T" refers to the type of quick release plate.

FSB6 has a longer style plate similar to a Manfrotto plate.

The FSB6 T has a "touch n go" plate similar to the quick release plates found on the more expensive 100mm heads.

Everything else between the two are the same. The non-T version has a larger forward / back adjustment. But the T will keep your center of gravity in the same place every time until you adjust it forward / back.

EG if your camera is front heavy, you'll have to push it back to keep the COG balanced. With the T version once you set it, you can remove the camera from the tripod & replace to the tripod & your balance will remain the same. With the non-T version you'll have to remember how far back you need to slide your camera every time you place it on the tripod to keep it balanced.

Buyers beware. I bought this tripod last night and when I got home that thought seller represented it as a carbon fiber tripod , see above actually delivered a metal tripod that sells for 400 less. I am trying to contact seller to rectify this, I hope on his part error.

The poster above is correct -- I mistakenly linked to the wrong tripod. I have worked with him to provide a full refund and have apologized for the inconvenience! I have since corrected the link above and the price now that I realize the correct model of this item.

I'm interested. I've just joined dvx so not certain about how to negotiate and close a deal on this site. I live in Vancouver, Canada. Cheers.

I am lowering price for these sticks to $950. Can send images if interested! Please PM me with your e-mail address.

Also, his tripod legs are not speed locks (just saw the pics). The link shows speed locks, but his tripod has 6 knobs that need to be twisted in order to adjust leg height.

Sorry I thought I changed that link earlier -- this link I just added reflects the actual item. Price is $950 -- 55% of retail price (before sales tax)
