I put velcro on the back of the monitor to mount the battery with (as seen below) but you could peel it off if you have other power solutions.
This monitor is much higher res than a lot of alternatives (1024x600), so there's the appeal, but I need something a little more suited for run-and-gun DSLR work, and with the 5D only being able to output SD while recording, this monitor isn't as suited to my needs as it was in the HVX days.
