This is an EXTREMELY ugly LetUs35 lens adapter with a Canon FD mount.
Why ugly?
Because we modified it and took it apart, put it back together, soldered a plug onto it, and glued the crap out of it with hotmelt glue so much so, we're not even sure it's a 35mm adapter anymore. Just to make sure it is, we quickly slapped it onto a DVX100 and yeah, it actually works fine.
This unit has the plastic FD mount which Quyen replaced on later models with a much better metal mount. Well, this one has the crappy plastic one.
72mm thread one end; plastic FD mount other end; Li-Ion batterypack, with AC adapter and charging interface.
It's a 35mm adapter; it's ugly, it works:
