FOOTAGE: test shots for science fiction short

Hi Everybody,

More test footage here from south west scotland. (music is from my science fiction animation Servus) these shots may not even be in the final film and I certainly wouldn't edit them together like this. Still battling away with noise and honestly dont understand it still at all...I even blasted 800 watts of light onto a table top scene and still had a fair bit of noise.

Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the footage and music.

Hey guys,

Thanks LilGryphMaster...I’m glad you’re a fan of the 4:3 look...I honestly feel (and keep saying to people) that you seem to get a better feeling of height in this ratio (if you shoot it right)...a nice sence of scale and feel for outside and inside locations..I dont seem to like cropping images and I don’t seem to like it when I see cropping going on on open matte it seems too.

I’ve go the Redrock M2 adapter yes.

Coring was at 0 but I mean I have put it to +7 on other tests and seem to get the same problem...I think that its down to fact that I’m using a adapter PLUS the 75-200mm lens is reducing the light further...less light equalling more noise...its very frustrating to say the least.
