Footage put on time line has Crazy render time issues

Hey guys I didnt know what to call it in the title. I have a problem my friend was messing with my settings on FCPHD and now for some reson when i bring in my footage from Log and transfer i have to render it when I put it on my time line. And footage thats 2 mins long is taking 10 mins to render. I never ever had this problem before. He had to mess up my settings but i dont know what.
The footage is shot with the dvx 200 at 1080 60i. I log and transfer then from my broser project window to the time line big red mark to render and takes 8 years. Plese help.

I figured it out. I did a search and found a topic that was close to my problem and what they said to fix it worked . Very cool
