Footage not exporting

Fairly new to shooting and editing HD. Running Avid Media Composer hd project 1080/60.

Majority of the footage in the timeline is from the HPX500. Came in fine and edited into timeline fine. Some scenes were shot on the Canon Mark II. Those video files also came into avid fine and edited into the timeline fine.

Now, when I go to export (either QT or QT Reference) anything shot with the Canon Mark II appears black with audio.

Is there something I have to convert?
 
Usually black with audio means its a codec issue. Duplicate the sequence, transcode that sequence to another res. DNX220 for instance, then take that transcoded sequence and export, you should be fine. Whenever I use "DVCPRO HD" codec with my avid I have the same problem. Transcode to DNX220, re-export and all is well (except that it takes a little while depending on the project).
